  9. Welcome to use MED V3.10. First I should note that this file contains some
  10. important information, so please read this file carefully before doing
  11. anything else.

  13. MED is a music editor, which is originally designed for making music
  14. for programs (demos, games etc..), but it works well as a stand-alone
  15. music program too.
  16.  
  17. Here are the contents of the complete MED V3.10 distribution disk:

  31. If you're (still?) using AmigaDOS 1.3 (or before), the icons look quite
  32. ugly. Anyway, they look nice on 2.0.

  34. If you start using MED frequently, you should make a backup copy of your
  35. MED disk, and save the original in the safe place.

  69. Although MED is not really shareware, I would be happy to get any kind of
  70. donations, as I have done lots of work for MED. By sending something (money,
  71. candy, or something else) you would also encourage me to release future
  72. versions of MED.

  84. more. After MED V2.10 I've started to receive so much mail, that I simply have

  97. Finally some technical info:

  99. MED is written in C (SAS/C V5.10) and assembler (Hisoft Devpac 2). The
  100. graphics was drawn using DeluxePaint III and converted using the ILBMDUMP
  101. utility. The code was typed in using the CygnusEd Professional 2.

  103. MED V3.10 needs Kickstart 1.2 or later, is compatible with AmigaDOS 2.0,
  104. runs on any Amiga, and multitasks correctly.
